Personal training

You’ll learn proper technique, stay consistent, and achieve sustainable progress, all while feeling fully supported. Online coaching

  • Our online coaching gives you a fully personalised training, nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits seamlessly around your schedule, wherever you are. Your coach will create a progressive programme tailored to your goals, plus provide ongoing check-ins, feedback, and support through our coaching app. We combine expert programming, habit-building, and real communication to help you stay consistent and confident in your own space.

  • This is perfect for those who prefer flexibility but still want accountability and professional support. You’ll gain structure, education, and direction, without needing to be in the gym with your coach. Whether you train at home, in a gym, or on the go, online coaching gives you freedom while keeping you on track toward your goals.

Hybrid coaching

  • Our hybrid coaching model combines the best of both worlds: in-person sessions with your coach alongside a structured online plan to keep you progressing between sessions. You’ll have tailored workouts, weekly check-ins, and full app-based support to stay accountable, while still benefiting from hands-on coaching to refine technique and push performance. This is the ultimate health and fitness guide.

Strength Lab

Our signature strength training class focuses on helping you build muscle, improve form, and feel stronger each week. We run full-body, upper, and lower body sessions, all designed to help you lift with confidence and progress safely, whatever your level.

Switch

A high-energy partner based class that blends cardio bursts, body-weight movements, and functional strength work. Expect variety, sweat, and serious feel-good energy. Every session is different… the perfect way to “switch” things up.

Circuit45

A 45-minute full-body circuit combining resistance, cardio, and core work. Work through stations at your own pace with guidance from your coach. Expect a mix of strength, endurance, and team energy. Suitable for all abilities.

Metafit

A 30-minute bodyweight-only HIIT workout designed to burn fat, boost endurance, and build fitness fast. Short, intense, and effective… Metafit will push you to your limits and leave you buzzing.

MetaPWR

The strength-based partner to Metafit! combining weights, functional kit, and explosive power movements for a full-body challenge. A fast-paced circuit style HIIT class that will test your strength, stamina, and grit.

Run Club

More than just a run. Our Run Club blends structure, purpose, and community. Each month follows a new training focus, with two coached sessions per week held across different locations. Expect a mix of endurance runs, intervals, and technique work designed to help you improve your fitness, build confidence, and enjoy the process alongside others. All abilities welcome.
